Whether you are new to CrossFit or a seasoned pro, our coaches are world class, and great at adapting sessions. So whether you are simply looking to master the clean & jerk or you are trying to add 20kg to your snatch, we can help you get there.
On the 21 Day Intro to CrossFit you will have the option to take part in up to 4 of our beginner classes, so you can master the basics with a group of people at your level. But don't worry, all of our sessions are adaptive.
The community here is what makes training at Gym 1971 so great! Everyone supports one another. We all want to see everyone reach their goals, and as a community we work together to help each other get there!
STRENGTH & CARDIO SESSIONS
Whether you are here to build functional strength, lose weight or improve your overall health. Our workouts are designed to do just that, with a balance between functional strength movements and cardio. But the fun kind of cardio! Not the boring jogging on the treadmill!
